Melody Chastaine

Melody Chastaine is a graduate of Santa Clara School of Law and worked in the Santa Clara County Public Defender's office for 12 years. Melody took time off to raise a family and now has returned to work to provide the very best in criminal defense. Melody is also opening a family law practice that will offer excellent service at a reasonable price.

Melody Chastaine attended California State University, Hayward (now Cal State East Bay) as an undergraduate and earned her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Jason ("Jake") Stebner

Associate attorney Jason ("Jake") Stebner began his legal education in 2005 at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas, and then completed his final semester of law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May of 2008.  After passing the July 2008 Bar Exam and obtaining his license to practice law in California, Jake became an associate attorney in the Chastaine Law Office.  Working closely with Michael Chastaine, Jake has been able to develop his legal talents and negotiation skills at an accelerated pace -- achieving favorable resolutions in case after case.
